Detrie Builders, Inc, has been a committed custom builder in the Green Bay and Brown County, area since 1955. Detrie Builders, Inc is a remarkably distinctive local builder that offers multiple generations of construction experience combining their talents and expertise to offer you the opportunity to own an extraordinary home at an affordable price. Our building process is simple, enjoyable, and manageable, making it just right for you and your family.

The company was founded by Bob Detrie Sr. in 1955. He would be instrumental in developing and building multiple subdivisions in Allouez, De Pere and Green Bay. He was joined in the business by his son Bob Jr in the 70’s. Bob Jr. currently is the company President and is Co-Owner with his wife Diane. In 2007, Bob Jr’s son Dave joined the company as project manager. Dave is now the company’s Director of Sales & Operations.

In 2007 a dedicated project manager was added to help the growing demand. Our project manager is on site daily to view and inspect the process of each home and help bring our homeowners dream to reality. In 2019, Detrie Builders, Inc added a full time, on-staff Residential Designer. Whether it’s your plan or ours, our designer will work together with you to personalize your home to meet your specific needs and help you visualize it with 3d Views.
